Thanks Nour! I totally get you re: thirst at night… it’s natural… but as you know, the more liquids you drink, the more you may need to get up middle of night to pee. However, we humans are incredibly adaptive. As I wrote in the article, I gradually stopped drinking liquids, starting with 30m before bed… then 45m… then 60m… etc. until now my last drink is 3.5–4 hours before bed! However, it’s ok to take a small sip right before bed if you are still getting used to all this. Give it a try — gradual changes really creates a new level of what feels “natural”…
